At Zinnia, I designed life insurance and annuity platforms, and today at Zaggle, I lead B2B spend management solutions that process crores in payments every month. Each step in my journey has been about one thing: turning complexity into products that scale with ease. Most recently, I’ve been leading the launch of multi-market OTC hearing aid applications, aligning product, regulatory, and market needs to deliver scalable, high-quality user experiences.

November 2026 - Present

  • Challenge: Deliver and scale multiple OTC hearing aid applications (Sony, Hear.com, Vibe) across markets, each with unique regulatory requirements, device compatibility constraints, and localization needs, while ensuring consistent quality and timely releases.

  • My role: Led end-to-end product ownership for 3 OTC mobile apps, ensuring market readiness, regulatory compliance, and device compatibility across regions.

  • Translated marketing and business inputs into impact-driven user stories, aligning execution across Engineering, QA, and third-party teams.

  • Managed release workflows, dependencies, and cross-functional coordination, while enabling rebranding, analytics integration, and scalable product architecture.

  • Result: Delivered and scaled 3 multi-market applications with ~30% reduction in defects, successful on-time Sony migration, and improved data-driven decision-making post-launch.

Sep 2022 - August 2023

  • Challenge: Disjointed API access and manual handling of insurance processes.

  • What I accomplished: Created and initiated a centralized gateway (over 1,000 REST APIs) and streamlined policy workflows.

  • Results: API access improved by approximately 45%; the insurance policy processing timeline was shortened by 90%; production errors decreased from over 400 to fewer than 100.

Tata Consultancy Services

Jul 2016 - August 2022

  • Challenge: There was a high demand for support alongside minimal automation for travel customers.

  • Actions taken: I facilitated the development of products, conducted UX research, and created recommendation systems.

  • Outcome: The travel application attained a 99% satisfaction rate among customers and 100,000 active users in 10 different markets; machine learning recommendations decreased support workload by approximately 80% and saved around 20,000 hours of agent work every month.

August 2023 - October 2026

  • Challenge: Corporates required a unified platform for handling payments, banking, and reconciliation.

  • My role: Oversaw the product lifecycle for Procure-to-Pay, Utility & Rental payments; developed reusable ERP connectors and integrated connected banking APIs.

  • Result: Onboarded over 30 top-tier corporates, achieving a 50% increase in MRR within six months; generated ₹12–15 Cr in revenue month-over-month.
